Come Belong is a continuing education opportunity for clergy and congregational leaders to learn about hospitality from local practitioners in the hospitality industry.

Throughout the three days, we will engage in immersive experiences learning from business owners and then engage with one another to think about how these experiences and best practices can inform how our congregations embrace hospitality.

Bring a team or come solo and meet new friends! Spaces are limited for this boutique conference.

  • Welcome & orientation session at First Baptist Church Austin · Dinner at Loro

Friday, November 14

  • Breakfast at hotel · Visit to MLF Community First · Lunch at Juan in a Million · Optional excursions: Grayduck, Blue Owl Brewing
  • Reflection session at First Baptist Church Austin · Self-guided mural tour and dinner groups on South Congress Avenue

Saturday, November 15, ending at 1:00pm

  • Breakfast at hotel · Waterloo Greenway walking tour
  • Reflection and closing session at First Austin, including catered lunch
  • Dismissal

Cost

Cost is $150 per person or $250 for a church team of up to 4 members.
