Program begins in Prague on August 26, so participants will likely travel beginning August 25.
Cost:
Double Occupancy: $2,520 per person (not including airfare)
Double occupancy accommodations will provide two twin beds for participants. If you are traveling with a companion or as a couple, you will be able to room together. Those without a specified travel companion will be placed with a roommate.
Single Occupancy: $3,380 per person (not including airfare)
Payment Schedule:
By February 15: $500 deposit due with registration
By March 25: Additional $500 due
By June 1: Final Balance due ($1,520 Double; $2,380 Single)
*Deposit will be paid within registration process to Great Rivers Fellowship. This deposit will cover meals, transportation passes in Prague, expenditures with partners, and select experiences. All other payments will be made directly with our travel vendor, Europe Express. All participants will receive instructions for additional payments.
*Cancellation any time after March 28 will result in loss of deposit
*Additional payment schedule may apply for airfare or supplemental pre- or post- travel
